GoArcc is an AI-powered accounts payable automation platform designed for construction general contractors, homebuilders, and AP finance teams. The Service includes invoice capture, automated matching, approval workflow management, ERP integration, and related features as described at goarcc.com/solutions.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have authorization from your organization

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

GoArcc is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is based on invoice volume and plan tier as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload fraudulent, forged, or unauthorized invoices
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant Arcc a limited license to process your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell or share your Customer Data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Arcc Intelligence Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
